Standard Rates

1 night stays are £130, 2 night stays £250 and 3 night stays are £330 for 3 nights with a healthy continental breakfast. Cooked breakfast options also available upon request and longer stays can also be accommodated. There are several local shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. A couple of the rooms can be twinned at a surcharge of £20 per stay. A 3rd person supplement will apply of £20 extra if required for the single bed in room 2 or the additional bed in Room 3.

All rooms are non smoking with en-suite bath and/or shower, flat screen television, a kettle for tea and coffee making and free wireless internet access. The availability via online booking is not currently available so please contact us direct for bookings via text or WhatsApp 07824624087

The property is available on a self catering basis at a cost of £1,650 for the weekend (From Friday to Sunday) and the same tariff for Monday to Friday. The whole week is bookable at a cost of £3,000 with an end of stay cleaning fee of £125. An additional fee for heating, logs and electricity is applicable for rentals of the whole property which will be charged according to usage.

Check-in: From 4pm – 8pm (earlier or later check in upon request)

Check-out: 1030 am (later check out upon request)

Booking and cancellation policy: Debit / credit card details are required to secure a booking. A deposit of 50% is requested to secure the booking. This is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled one month ahead of your stay. The balance is due one month before your stay. We recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover any costs incurred by cancelling your booking.

Check in: 4pm – 8pm on day of arrival (outside these hours by prior agreement).

Check out: by 10:30am on day of departure (late check out only by prior agreement)

General: All rooms are non-smoking with en-suite facilities and have a flat screen television, a kettle for tea and coffee making and free wireless internet access.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets unless by prior agreement and arrangement, and there are no ground floor guest bedrooms. Car parking is available at the front of property and bicycles can be stored at the rear at the owners own risk.

Exclusive use of the property: whether for a retreat, training event, wedding party, business conference, team building, family reunion, anniversary, or that special occasion is available by arrangement. There is a restriction on parties, stag, hen or any loud gatherings out of respect to our lovely neighbours and the peaceful local community around us.
